TimelineCard is designed and offered strictly as a visual calculation, operational scheduling, and client communication aid for real estate agents, transaction coordinators, and real estate professionals. TimelineCard does not provide attorney representation, formal escrow settlement services, title insurance, or financial advisory services. All contract dates, deadlines, and terms must be independently verified with your closing agent, title company, or supervising real estate broker.
While TimelineCard incorporates Florida FAR/BAR Standard F calendar logic and US federal holiday schedules, real estate purchase agreements may contain custom addenda, handwritten stipulations, or local municipal rules that modify standard timelines. The licensed agent or transaction coordinator retains sole professional responsibility for confirming that entered effective dates and offset days reflect the actual written agreement executed by the parties.
TimelineCard includes a lifetime test of 2 complete closings, followed by Solo Pro Monthly ($9.00 USD/month) or Solo Pro Annual ($49.00 USD/year). Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store In-App Purchases and renew automatically unless cancelled in Apple ID Account Settings at least 24 hours prior to the end of the billing period.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TimelineCard and its developers shall not be liable for any missed contract deadlines, forfeited earnest money deposits, transaction cancellations, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the application.
